RDA played a key role in the transformation of this historic 1900s waterside office building in Ireland, delivering a high-spec catering design across multiple spaces, including a commercial kitchen, employee restaurant, coffee shop, and guest café. Working collaboratively with the client team through RIBA Stages 1–4, RDA led the catering design, combining operational efficiency with engaging food experiences. The project featured premium equipment such as an MKN cook suite and Livecook system, alongside carefully specified finishes to balance durability and aesthetic aspiration. Following the design phase, RDA delivered the full catering fit-out in partnership with a host of trusted sub-contractors, incorporating large-scale warewashing, bespoke counters, and full catering equipment integration. Strong project management and coordination ensured seamless and on-programme delivery. This landmark project highlights RDA’s expertise in complex, high-quality catering environments and further strengthened its presence in the Irish market.
