RDA were appointed to reimagine this large, manufacturing plant’s staff Café. Transforming it into a welcoming, modern space that encourages relaxation away from the factory floor. This collaboration was part of our client's ongoing commitment to enhancing employee wellbeing, creating an inviting area that fosters both community and respite. Our talented design team focused on creating a nature-inspired environment, by incorporating a palette of neutral and green tones to evoke a sense of calm and balance. We installed new counters, specialist catering equipment and digital overlay. To complement the finishes of natural wood and tiling, high-level planting was utilised, bringing a touch of the outdoors inside.
